摘    要:目的:建立食用油中铅的快速测定方法。方法:采用稀酸经超声波提取样品中铅,通过正交试验获得最佳提取条件并对原子荧光光度计的运行条件进行了优化选择。结果:最佳提取条件为盐酸浓度1.5 mol/L、酸用量20 mL、超声时间10 m in;载流为2%(v/v)盐酸溶液,还原剂为2%硼氢化钾溶液(含1%氢氧化钾,1.5%铁氰化钾)。方法在试验浓度范围内(0~80μg/L)线性良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.54%,检出限为0.90μg/L,回收率86.7%~117.1%。结论:酸提取原子荧光测定方法简便、快速,可以满足实际应用。

Abstract:In order to establish a method for the rapid determination of Pb in edible oil,the tested samples were treated with acid and ultrasonic for the extraction of lead,the best extraction conditions were got by orthogonal test as follows: hydrochloric acid concentration 1.5 mol/L,the acid dosage 20 mL,ultrasonic time 10 min,carrier 2%(v/v) hydrochloric acid solution,the reducing agent 2% potassium borohydride solution(containing 1% hydroxide potassium,1.5% potassium ferricyanide).This method had good linearity w...
