| 摘 要： | 强化企业技术创新主体地位,激发农业企业的创新活力是实现科技自立自强的重要保障。国家“十四五”规划将提升企业技术创新能力、促进各类创新要素向企业集聚作为今后创新驱动发展战略的重点任务。文章立足于我国农业发展的新阶段,针对农业企业发展的新特征,阐述了农业科技创新型企业的广义和狭义概念、特征及评价指标,通过具体企业案例总结出6个方面的发展态势,旨在为提升企业技术创新能力、改善企业创新平台条件等作出初步理论探讨,为制定和出台激励农业企业技术创新的政策提供决策支撑。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the dominant position of technological innovation of enterprises and stimulating the innovation vitality of agricultural enterprises are the important guarantee to realize the self-reliance and self-improvement of science and technology.The national"14th Five-Year Plan"will take enhancement of the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises and promoting the concentration of various innovative elements in enterprises as the key tasks of future innovation-driven development strategies.Based on the new stage of my country′s agricultural development,the broad and narrow concepts were put forward in the paper according to characteristics and evaluation indicators of agricultural scientific and technological innovation enterprises.The development trends in six aspects were summarized through specific enterprise cases.It aims to make preliminary theoretical discussions for enhancing the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises and improving the conditions of enterprise innovation platforms,and to provide decision-making support for formulating and issuing policies to encourage technological innovation of agricultural enterprises. |
