摘    要:采用快速有效的数学统计方法,对BGZ-06菌株利用苯甲酸钠产邻苯二酚的培养基进行了优化。首先通过Plackett-Burman的二水平因素设计筛选出较重要的因素,然后再利用响应面分析法中的杂合设计进行优化。优化后的培养基使邻苯二酚的产量提高了20.66%,获得的预测产量与实际产量之间具有较好的拟合度。

Abstract:Efficient mathematical statistics were applied to optimize the medium for the strain BGZ-06 to produce catechol from benzoate.Two-level factorial design of Plackett-Burman was used to select important components for the medium,which were then optimized by the hybrid design of response surface analysis.The catechol production by strain BGZ-06 grown in the optimized medium increased 20.66% compared to that grown in the original medium.Experimental data revealed that the virtual catechol yield of BGZ-06 was consistent with the predicted yield by the response surface analysis.
