摘    要:基于微信平台的移动微课对大学课程教学改革发挥了重要作用。以"食品生物化学"为例,探索了以微信为载体,进行移动在线课程的开发与应用。探讨了其与传统课程教学相比的优缺点,为有效提高本科专业课程教学质量提供参考。

Abstract:Mobile micro-course based on WeChat platform has played an important role in the teaching reform of university courses.Micro-course teaching on WeChat platform in the teaching of Food Biochemistry were developed and practiced.The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional course teaching and mobile micro-course were discussed.It provided reference for improving the teaching quality of undergraduate course effectively.
