摘    要:实验研究接种聚丛球霉菌(Glomuse aggrregattum)、幼套球霉菌(Glomuse etunicatum)、摩西球霉菌(Glomuse mossea)后对降香黄檀幼苗生殖生长以及营养吸收利用的影响,结果显示:1)3个菌根菌侵染效果较好,且降香黄檀幼苗对3种菌种有较强的依赖性。2)其中接种聚丛球霉菌的苗高、地茎、生物量、叶绿素含量及对营养元素N,P的吸收利用优于其他2个菌种,并与CK差异达显著水平;其苗高、地茎高于CK 44%和78%,生物量、叶绿素含量分别是CK的3.6,1.9倍,根部、茎部及叶部含N量是CK的1.47,2.03,1.34倍,而根部、茎部及叶部含P量是CK的1.53,1.47,2.09倍。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to study the influence of vaccination of Glomuse aggrregattum, G. etunicatum and G. Mossea on the growth and the nutrient absorption of Dalbergia odorifera seedlings. The results showed that: 1) the three mycorrhizal fungi have remarkable infecting rate and D. odorifera has a strong mycorrhizal dependency; 2) The height, basal diameter, biomass, chlorophyll and the nutrient uptake of N and P of seedlings vaccinated with GA were better than those vaccinated with the other two mycorrhizal fungi ( AMF) , and the difference from the CK reached at significant level; the height and basal diameter of seedlings was higher by 44% and 78% than those in CK, the biomass and chlorophyll was 3. 6 times and 1. 9 times of CK group; the content of N in roots, stem and leaves of the vaccinated seedlings was 1. 47, 2. 03 and 1. 34 times of those in CK group; the phosphorus content in roots, stem and leaves was 1. 53, 1. 47 and 2. 09 times of the CK group.
