椴树蜜总酚酸和总黄酮含量测定及抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:以10个样本椴树蜜为研究对象,在测定其总酚酸及总黄酮含量的基础上,研究了椴树蜜对DPPH自由基的清除作用。试验结果表明,10个样本椴树蜜总酚酸含量在377.7104~411.9472μg/g,总黄酮含量在0.0967~0.2064μg/g;各样本椴树蜜均有一定的抗氧化活性,呈现量效关系;总黄酮含量与总酚酸含量、抗氧化能力之间无明显相关性。

Antioxidant Activities and Contents of Total Polyphenols and Flavonoids in Linden Honey

Abstract:The total phenolics and flavonoids,reducing power,along with DPPH radical scavenging activity of ten Linden honey samples purchased from were studied.The results showed the total phenolic contents of ten honey samples varied from 377.710 4 μg/g to 411.947 2 μg/g,while total flavonoids contents from 0.096 7 μg/g to 0.206 4 μg/g honey as rutin.There was a kind of dose-effect relationship between concentration and effect. In addition,total flavonoids content had no obvious correlation with total phenolics content,reducing power and antioxidant activity.
