杨黄菌丝体纯培养条件优化模式的研究

摘    要:进行了不同碳源、氮源、无机盐对杨黄菌丝长势的影响试验,筛选出了最佳碳源、氮源、无机盐,并利用三元二次通用旋转组合进行了培养基配方优化实验,得到了菌丝体纯培养条件下最优培养基配方,可得杨黄菌丝体干重1.29g/100mL。

Abstract:The experiments with different carbon and nitrogen sources,inorganic salts on the impact of growing hyphae Phellinus vaninii tests to screen out the best carbon and nitrogen sources,inorganic salts,and using of ternary quadratic combination of the general rotation medium formula optimization experiments,pure culture mycelium obtained under optimal conditions,medium formulation,can get dry weight mycelium 1.29g/100mL.
