| Abstract: | In this paper,based on analysing the factors that restrict the development of agriculture in the northwest area in China.Considering the character of the water conditions for that area,also the objective of ecosystem building in the exploitation of the area,and the background that China has entered into the WTO family,it provides some ideas and measures about the adjustment of the agriculture structure in northwest China. |
