二色补血草几丁质酶基因对病原菌胁迫的应答

摘    要:从二色补血草cDNA文库中分离出了一个几丁质酶基因Lbchi31。利用实时定量RT-PCR方法研究了二色补血草在尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)中胁迫处理不同时间,Lbchi31基因在二色补血草根、叶器官中的表达情况。结果表明,尖孢镰刀菌的处理能强烈诱导Lbchi31基因在二色补血草根、叶中的表达。立枯丝核菌处理能够诱导Lbchi31基因在二色补血草叶器官中的表达,但在根中Lbchi31基因表达量没有显著改变。研究显示,Lbchi31基因能够响应病原菌的胁迫,可能参与了二色补血草对病原菌入侵的抵抗。

Abstract:A chitinase gene chi31 was cloned from a cDNA library of Limonium bicolor.The expression of chi31 in leaves and roots of L.bicolor under stresses of Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani was studied by using real time quantitative RT-PCR.Results showed that the Lbchi31 was strongly induced in leaves and roots of L.bicolor under F.oxysporum stress,while R.solani induced the expression of Lbchi31 in leaves,but the expression of Lbchi31 in roots was not obviously altered.Lbchi31 could be expressed in plant...
