大豆优良脂肪酸组成品系的低代选择

摘    要:将正常亚麻酸含量品种合丰25与亚麻酸含量仅为2.76%的突变品系C-14杂交,利用亲本以及杂交后代群体进行5种脂肪酸含量的遗传力分析和株系间差异显著性测验。结果表明:5种脂肪酸的遗传力均较大,株系间脂肪酸含量存在极显著差异,株系内差异不显著,这就使在低世代初步筛选出优良脂肪酸组成的大豆品系成为可能;同时筛选出农艺性状和品质性状皆优良的稳定F4代品系05037,其亚麻酸含量仅为2.598%,亚油酸含量高达63.702%,农艺性状及品质性状优良,百粒重21.62 g,生育期126 d。
