摘    要:用15个能稳定扩增的随机引物对大鲵亲代与子二代各7个个体进行RAPD分析,结果表明,大鲵人工繁育子二代与野生亲代群体间具有较高的遗传相似度,其平均值为0.9515,这说明子二代群体在基因型上并没有发生明显的变异。遗传相似性和遗传多样性分析的结果表明,大鲵亲代与子二代的平均遗传距离分别为0.0497和0.0166,Shannon多样性指数分别为0.237和0.078,经t检验差异均极显著(P<0.01),这说明大鲵子二代遗传多样性水平低于亲代,因此必须加强谱系建立与繁育管理。

Abstract:The genetic distance, similarity and diversity of the parent and the second filial populations of Chinese giant salamanders Andrias davidianus were surveyed by RAPD analysis. The average genetic similarity between the parent and the second filial population was very high, which reached 0.9515. It showed that the second filial population hardly varied compared to the parent population. Relative genetic distances of the parent and the second filial population were 0.0497 and 0.0166, respectively; and the Shannon diversity indexes were 0.237 and 0.078, respectively. There was significant difference between the two populations by t-test (P<0.01). It showed that genetic diversity of the second filial population was lower than that of the parent population, and the breeding management should be enhanced in the future.
