| 摘 要： | 以鳞片为年龄鉴定材料,对黄山区浦溪河宽鳍鱲(Zacco platypus)的年龄和生长进行了研究。结果显示:鳞片上的年轮特征呈现出疏密型(50%)、切割型(32.6%)与疏密切割型(17.4%)三种类型,部分鳞片上还存在有副轮和幼轮。从8月份到第二年的3月份,年轮形成时间长达8个月。全部渔获物由Ⅰ—Ⅲ共3个龄组组成,其中以Ⅱ龄组为优势龄组(53.97%)。雌、雄全长和体重关系显著不同(P<0.05),其关系式分别为W♀=4.88×10-6L3.16(R2=0.92,N=134)、W♂=6.26×10-6L3.1025(R2=0.96,N=101)。两性间的退算全长在II龄时无显著差异,但在III龄时差异显著,其中雄性(89.96 mm)大于雌性(76.85 mm);雄鱼的生长速度明显高于雌鱼,生长指数分别为16.73和8.27。

| Abstract: | Using scales for age determination,age and growth of Zacco platypus from Puxi River in Huangshan Mountain were investigated in this study.It showed that three kinds of annuli was observed in the scales,including spacing (50%),incising (32.6%) and space-incising (17.4%) categories.Pseudo-annuli and fry check were observed in some scales.Annuli formed from August to March in the next year.The whole catches were structured by three age groups (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ),where aged Ⅱ was the dominant group (53.97%).The relationships between total length and body weight for female and male were significantly different (P<0.05),and their equations were W_♀=4.88×10~(-6)L~(3.16)(R~2=0.92,N=134), W_♂=6.26×10~(-6)L~(3.1025)(R~2=0.96,N=101),respectively.No significant difference was observed in the back-calculated lengths between females and males at age Ⅱ,while the back-calculated lengths were significantly different between the two sexes at age Ⅲ,with the male (89.96 mm) larger than the female (76.85 mm).Similarly,the growth index was 16.73 for the males and 8.27 for the females,which suggested that the male grew faster than the female. |
