| 摘 要： | 随着公共图书馆公益性服务的开展,如何才能保障公共图书馆服务的公益性成为图书馆人探讨的核心问题。在阐述公共图书馆服务的公益性保障是促进公共图书馆事业发展的基础上,用客观的数据比对等方式,着重分析了政府经费投入、管理服务意识创新等方面在公共图书馆服务的公益性保障上的重要作用。
