| Abstract: | In order to deepen the experimental teaching reform,improve the comprehensive ability of the college students, and meet the need of society for talents with much practical ability on food specialty based on the platform of beer pilot-equipment, this paper designed and practiced the research-oriented and open experimental teaching model, and achieved some effects and experiences. |
