摘    要:石崖茶是目前独产于广西大瑶山高海拔区域的一种珍贵原生茶类。因其低含咖啡因而富含类黄酮和VC等物质,并具有清热解暑、消炎、止血、杀菌、镇痛和防癌等特殊功效而深受消费者欢迎。石崖茶的芽叶粗壮、肥大而厚实,在制茶工艺上有其独特的要求。

Abstract:Adinandra nitida is a kind of rare crude tea distributing in altitude area of Dayao Mountain,Guangxi.This tea is widely accepted because it contains low caffeine but high amount of flavonoid and Vitamin C,with the function such as decreasing the hotness,diminishing inflammation,hemostasia,sterilization,easing pain and inhibiting cancer.The leaves of Adinandra nitida are thick and obesity,and therefore the unique produce technics is needed.This review is based on author's rich experiences to processing techn...
