| 摘 要： | 蔬菜产业是我国的一个重要产业，长期以来，我国对于蔬菜食品安全的关注程度不够，存在严重的不适性。随着我国开放程度的提高，蔬菜产业的国际化程度将越来越高，蔬菜食品的安全和信用问题已经成为制约我国蔬菜国际市场贸易的主要问题。要提高蔬菜产品的国际竞争力，必须以食品科技的发展为基础，采取相应对策，建立与蔬菜食品安全要求相应的科技支持体系与社会信用体系是十分重要的。
