| 摘 要： | 农村税费改革后．农村公共产品供给存在着筹资困难和财政支农资金逐年增长的矛盾。财政支农资金整合，提高了支农资金的整体效益，改变了农村公共产品供给中资金筹集方式；财政支农资金整合，能彰显政府投资是农村公共产品供给的主体。湖南省创新财政支农资金整合方式的经验值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | After countryside taxes and fees reform,the countryside public product supplies have the contradiction which fund raising difficulty and the financial supporting agriculture fund grows year by year. The financial supporting agriculture fund conformity raised the supporting agriculture fund overall benefit,changed in the countryside public product supplies the mode of financing; The financial supporting agriculture fund conformity can show the government investment is the countryside public product supplies main body. The Hunan Province Innovation financial support agriculture funds conformity way's experience is worth using for reference. |
