| 摘 要： | 目的]测定海南臭黄荆不同部位总黄酮含量。方法]采用紫外分光光度计测定总黄酮含量。结果]海南臭黄荆不同部位总黄酮含量不同，其中，叶中最高为5．33％，茎中为3．78％，花中为3．4｜D％，根中为2．44％。结论]该方法简单易行，稳定性好，重现性好，适合海南臭黄荆中总黄酮含量的测定，为海南臭黄荆的开发利用奠定了基础。
