| 摘 要： | 生产管理风险是企业生产管理研究的重要领域。由于对生产管理风险认识不足,当前尚未对此进行详细的研究。本文结合农机企业的生产特点,提出了生产管理风险概念,并在此基础上提出运用生产管理风险指数对农机企业生产管理风险进行定量分析,为企业采取风险防范措施与建立预警机制提供了有利基础。

| Abstract: | Production management risk is an important field of research on production management. However, detailed research has not been done on this yet. Based on the character of agricultural and mechanic enterprise, this paper put forward the concept of production management risk, and gave a quantitative analysis method which used the index of production management risk to analyze. Thus presents a strong base for the establishment of alarming system. |
