| 摘 要： | 根系在作物产量和品质形成过程中具有重要的作用,对根的研究近几年来逐渐成为研究的重点,针对对根研究所涉及到的取样方法和测定技术等方面的现状进行了概述。着重介绍了钻土芯法、分根法、框栽法、根袋法、电容法测根量和根系分泌物等方法。
