L-精氨酸和乳酸菌对早期断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标和小肠黏膜形态的影响

摘    要:选取40头21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪,单栏饲喂.分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+1%L-精氨酸(精氨酸组)、基础日粮+0.1%乳酸菌(乳酸菌组)、基础日粮+1%L-精氨酸+0.1%乳酸菌(混合组),研究L-精氨酸和乳酸菌组合对早期断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标和小肠黏膜形态的影响.结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,精氨酸组、乳酸菌组和混和组仔猪的末重、日增重和混合组仔猪的日采食量均显著提高(P<0.05),精氨酸组、乳酸菌组和混合组的料重比显著降低(P<0.05);与精氨酸组和乳酸菌组相比,混合组的末重、日采食量和日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),但料重比的差异不显著.(2)与对照组相比,精氨酸组、乳酸菌组和混合组仔猪血清中IgG、IgA、IgM的含量和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活性均有显著或极显著的提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的活性显著降低(P<0.05);精氨酸组、乳酸菌组和混合组IgG、IgA、IgM的含量和AKP、GOT和GPT的活性差异不显著(P>0.05),但均以混合组效果最好.(3)与对照组相比,混合组仔猪十二指肠、回肠的绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),而隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组和混合组相比,精氨酸组和乳酸菌组的十二指肠、回肠的绒毛高度和隐窝深度差异均不显著(P>0.05);4组之间空肠的绒毛高度和隐窝深度差异均不显著(P>0.05).(4)对照组有两头次的仔猪发生腹泻,精氨酸组有1头次发生腹泻,最后均已治愈;乳酸菌组和混合组在整个试验期内没有发生腹泻情况,仔猪生长情况良好.

Abstract:Forty 21 d old weaning piglets were randomly divided into four groups with ten replicates in every group and one piglets in every replicate,and each piglet was fed in an individual pen.The four groups were basal diet group(CT),basal diet+1% L-arginine group(AT),basal diet+0.1% lactobacillus group(LT) and basal diet+1% L-arginine+0.1% lactobacillus group(ALT),respectively.The results were showed as follows:(1) Compared to the CT,the end weight,average daily gains of AT,LT and ALT were significantly higher(P<0.05) and the average daily gains of AT,LT,ALT were significantly lower(P<0.05);Compared to the AT and LT,the end weight,dairy feed intake and average daily gain of ALT was significantly higher(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio of ALT was not significantly different(P>0.05).(2) Compared to the CT,IgG,IgA,IgM content and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity of piglets plasma in AT,LT and ALT were significantly and extremely significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01),glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) activity of piglets plasma in AT,LT and ALT were significantly lower(P<0.05).IgG,IgA,IgM content and AKP,GOT,GPT activity of piglets plasma in AT,LT and ALT had no significant differences each other(P>0.05),but ALT had the best effect.(3) Compared to the CT,the villus height of duodenum and ileum of ALT were significantly higher(P<0.05),the crypt depth of duodenum and ileum of ALT were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared to the CT and ALT,the villus height and crypt depth of ileum in AT and LT were not significantly different(P>0.05);The villus height and crypt depth of jejunm of four groups were not significantly different each other(P>0.05).(4) Two piglets of CT and one piglet of AT had diarrhea,finally they were cured,piglets grew well.
