摘    要:对甘蓝型油菜苗期喷施多效唑的生理效应及增产效果的研究表明:油菜三叶期喷施多效唑能明显提高叶片叶绿素含量(比对照提高18.1~18.5%),根系活力(提高25.0~21.4%)和内源乙烯释放量(提高132.0~120.0%),大田苗期再喷多效唑对叶绿素与根系活力提高不大,而乙烯释放量仍有增加。多效唑处理的植株茎杆较粗,分枝数多,秕角较少,粒数增多,增产效果明显。产量以三叶期喷施多效唑为最高(158公斤/亩),比对照增产29.5%,大田苗期再喷多效唑反而降低了多效唑的增产效果。喷施多效唑对油菜籽的品质无不良影响。

A preliminary study of physiological and yielding effects of multiple-effect triazole on Brassica napus L. Acta Agriculturae Universitatis Zhejiangensis,
Abstract:Physiological and yielding effects of multiple-effect triazole (MET) spraying at rape seedling stage were studied. The results showed that foliar spraying of MET at threeleaf stage could significantly increase leaf chlorophyll content (by 18.1-18.5%) , root activity (by 25.0-21.4% ) and elhylene release ( by 132.0-120.0% ) . Respraying of MET at field seedling stage had no further effects on leaf chlorophyll and root activity, but still increased ethylene release. The physiological effect of MET on leaves mainly took place at young seedling stage, and little effect after seedling transplanting, while continuous effect of MET on root system was observed even after transplantation. The treated plant had thicker stem, more branches, less blighted pods and more seeds. The high yield of 158 Kg/mu was obtained with MET spraying at three-leaf stage, and the yielding effect was reduced by respraying MET at field seedling stage. No adverse effect of MET on seed quality was observed.
