| 摘 要： | 选取50个草莓品种(系),分析产量、果实、植株有关的16个数量性状的遗传变异。得到了各性状的表型、遗传变异系数、遗传方差、遗传力、遗传进度。发现在产量、平均单果重、果实硬度等方面存在着较大的遗传变异度与遗传潜力。遗传力估值结果表明,以小区为选择单位可取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | Fifty strawberry cultivars selected from National Germplasm Repository of Strawberry in Nanjing were used to study the genetic variability of 16 quantitative characters including the yield,and fruit. The phenotypic and genotypic coefficients of variation, phenotypic and genotypic variances, heritabilities and genetic advances were obtained. Considerable genetic variabilities and potentials were found associated with yield, average fruit weight and fruit firmness. The estimates of heritabilities indicated that selecting based on plot might be effective. |
