| 摘 要： | 羊肉易腐损、保质期短,冷链是羊肉质量安全保障的重要手段。以新疆羊肉冷链物流作为研究对象,构建了基于双质量耦合的羊肉冷链物流体系框架;基于体系框架,剖析了新疆羊肉冷链物流现状及发展的影响因素;结合新疆地区的经济结构、区域优势及冷链物流发展实际,从硬件基础设施建设、冷链技术提升、人才建设、运营组织化提升等多维度提出了羊肉冷链物流的建设路径,为新疆冷链物流的发展提供借鉴。

Analysis on the Current Situation and Construction Path of Mutton Cold Chain Logistics in Xinjiang |

| Abstract: | Cold chain is an important means of keeping mutton quality and safety due to the perishable nature and short shelf life of mutton. This paper sets up a framework of mutton cold chain logistics system based on dual mass coupling by regarding mutton cold chain logistics in Xinjiang as the research object. Based on the framework, this paper analyzes the current situation and development influencing factors of Xinjiang mutton cold chain logistics. And puts forward the construction path of mutton cold chain logistics from the hardware infrastructure construction, cold chain technology improvement and cold chain talent training and operation organization enhancement combined with the economic structure, regional advantages and development of cold chain logistics in Xinjiang. It can provide reference for the development of cold chain logistics in Xinjiang. |
