碳分子筛气调贮藏猕猴桃的研究

摘    要:用6~2.2%O2+0~3.7%CO2和6~1%O2+0~5%CO2进行猕猴桃碳分子筛气调贮藏,能明显地延缓果实的淀粉和原果胶的转化,降低Vc的损失。贮27周,果实仍能保持8.53kgf/cm2的硬度。CA贮藏效果好于MA贮藏和0℃冷藏。两种气调贮藏的贮藏效果基本相同

Abstract:The changes of starch and protopectin and the loses of Vc in the kiwifruits can be retarded greatly in the CA storage within the atmosphere of 6_2 2% O 2 0_3 7% CO 2 and 6_1% O 2 0_5% CO 2. The frimness of the fruits maintained 8 35 kg.f/cm 2 when stored 27 weeks .The effect of CA storages was almost the same .
