少花龙葵果总黄酮提取及抗氧化性研究

摘    要:采用乙醇浸提法研究少花龙葵果中黄酮类物质的提取及其抗氧化性能。探讨溶剂浓度、温度、时间、料液比对黄酮提取的影响,并用正交试验优化了提取总黄酮的最佳提取条件。结果表明,最佳条件是:乙醇浓度为60%,提取温度为70℃,时间为2.5 h,料液比为1:12(g:mL)。此条件下测得总黄酮含量为3.68 mg·g-1,提取物对羟自由基有较好的清除效果。

Abstract:The Tang Dynasty was one of the great dynasties, which, for its prosperity and strength, greatly influenced its neighboring regimes, especially those in the northwest and northeast, and solved the problems puzzling the Central Plains Dynasty and the regimes in the northwest and the northeast. The Tang Dynasty properly handled its relations with the various political powers in the northwest and the northeast and finally established a suzerain vassal relationship with them, putting them under its continuous control.
