摘 要: | 目的]探讨杂种苗与亲代之间的遗传变异及其真伪性,获取快速鉴定杂种的方法。方法]利用RAPD和SSR分子标记技术对凯特杏和莫尔特尼李的种间杂交种进行分析。结果]叶片形态、RAPD和SSR技术对杂种的鉴定分析,表明子代与亲代电泳图谱之间存在差异,所获杂种为真杂种。结论]将RAPD及SSR技术结合可有效鉴定李杏种间杂交种,是一种快速鉴定杂种的方法,可缩短育种周期,提高育种效率。

Abstract: | Objective] This study aimed to investigate the genetic variation between parents and hybrids,and estimate they were true or not,to find a rapid identification method.Method] The progenies between Armeniaca vulgaris Katy and Prunus salicina Moriteni were analyzed by means of RAPD and SSR molecular markers.Result] Electrophoresis differences between progenies and parents were observed,indicating that hybrid seedlings obtained were real.Conclusion] The combination of the above method is effective and fast to identify the hybrids,and can shorten the breeding period. |
