摘    要:目的]研究一次性成熟采烤对上部烟叶品质的影响,以提高上部烟叶品质和上等烟叶的比例。方法]以云烟87烟株上部7片叶为材料,研究一次性成熟采烤与传统分批采烤对上部烟叶成熟度、外观品质、可用性及经济价值的影响。结果]一次性成熟采烤上部烟叶与传统分批相比,提高了烟叶成熟度,改善了外观品质,烟叶化学成分更趋协调,烟叶的总糖与还原糖含量,以及糖碱比值均显著高于传统分批采烤的数值,产量和产值均有提高。结论]一次性成熟采烤能显著提高烤烟上部烟叶品质和等级质量。

Influence of Disposable Mature Harvest and Baking on the Quality of the Upper Leaves of Yunyan 87

Abstract:Objective] To study the effects of disposable mature harvest and baking on upper tobacco leaves,in order to enhance the apparent quality of tobacco leaves and the proportion of first-class tobacco leaves.Method] With the seven upper leaves from the plants of flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 as the materials,the effects of 2 different harvesting ways on maturity,appearance quality,usability and economic benefit of tobacco leaves were studied.Result] Disposable harvest and baking was better than traditional method in raising the tobacco leaves maturity,improving its appearance quality,increasing its usability.The total sugar content,reducing sugar content and sugar-alkali ratio in the tobacco leaves were significantly higher,the fragrance quality of tobacco leaves was better.The yield and production value were also significantly increased.Conclusion] The quality and grade quality of tobacco leaves could be enhanced significantly by disposable harvest and baking.
