摘 要: | 目的]优选天仙果根中总黄酮的超声辅助提取工艺。方法]以总黄酮的含量为指标,采用单因素试验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取次数对天仙果根部总黄酮得率的影响,并采用正交试验优选天仙果根总黄酮的超声辅助提取工艺。结果]4个因素对天仙果根部总黄酮提取得率的影响大小顺序为:料液比>乙醇浓度>提取时间>提取次数;最佳提取工艺为:提取溶剂乙醇的浓度为50%,料液比1∶20(W/V,g/ml,下同),提取2次,每次60 min;在此条件下,天仙果根部总黄酮得率为27.83 mg/g。结论]提取工艺合理,测定方法简单、快速、准确,为天仙果深度开发提供了科学依据。

Abstract: | Objective] To optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction technique of total flavonoids in radix of Ficus beecheyana.Method] Effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and times on yield of total flavonoids were investigated by using orthogonal test,and the contents were determined by UV spectrophotometry.Result] The order of influencing factors is: solid-liquid ratio ethanol concentration extraction time extraction times;the optimal extraction technique is: ethanol concentration 50%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20(W/V,g/ml,the same as follows),extraction 2 times and extraction time 60 min.Under these optimum conditions,the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids reached as high as 27.83 mg/g.Conclusion] The extraction technique is proper,the determination method is simple,rapid and accurate,which will provide a scientific basis for deeply utilization of Ficus beecheyana. |
