摘    要:对37个新引进的薄壳山核桃品种生物学性状进行分析,采用已开发的薄壳山核桃引物和山核桃引物,通过SSR(simple sequence repeat)技术对这37个品种进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,引进的37个品种遗传多样性不明显,筛选获得的14对SSR引物共扩增出112个等位基因位点,平均每对引物获得8个等位基因位点,最多是20个,最少是3个,多态性最高为100%;通过Ntsys2.10软件对37个薄壳山核桃品种进行聚类分析,得出遗传相似系数为0.607~0.955,平均0.781,Eliott和Schley关系最近,Van Daman与Disirable,Van Daman和Eliott,Barton与Owens,Owens与Stuat,Disirable与Dependable间的遗传关系最远。这表明美国薄壳山核桃品种间遗传多样性较低。

Abstract:Based on the biological traits of the 37 new pecan cultivars introduced from America, SSR technique was used to amplify the genomic DNA of 37 cultivars of pecan to study the genetic relationship and species genetic diversity. The results were as follows. Using screened 14 pairs of SSR primers, 112 alleles were amplified, and the alleles per locus ranged from 3 to 20 with the mean value of 8; the genetic similarity coefficients between all elite tree individuals ranged from 0.607 to 0.955 with average of 0.781 by using Ntsys2.10 software. Eliott and Schley has a near relationship, while Van Daman and Disirable, Van Daman and Eliott, Barton and Owens, Owens and Stuat, Disirable and Dependable have a far relationship. The results revealed that the 37cultivars of US pecan have low genetic diversity.
