| 摘 要： | M13噬菌体是一种丝状噬菌体,内有一个环状单链DNA分子,它由约2 800个PⅧ蛋白组成的圆柱形衣壳包围环状单链DNA分子,其中5个PⅦ和5个PⅪ蛋白在噬菌体的一端,另一端有5个PⅥ蛋白和5个PⅢ蛋白。这些衣壳蛋白参与着噬菌体的感染、组装等功能。文中对这5种衣壳蛋白在噬菌体展示技术的研究应用进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Phage M13 is a kind of filamentous phage that there is a single cDNA which was surrounded by 2 800 copies of major protein PⅧ.In addition there are five copies of each of PⅢ,PⅥ,PⅦ,PⅨ;PⅢand PⅥ on one tip of virion and PⅦ and PⅨ on the other.These coat proteins have an important role in infection,assembling of M13 phage.The application of five coat protein in phage display was reviewed. |
