摘    要:从认知教学、案例教学、实验教学、优生导师制培养和社会实践等方面,阐述了食品质量与安全本科专业的实践教学改革。实践教学效果明显,学生的学习热情提高,分析问题的能力增强,动手能力得到提升,科研产出增多和融入社会的能力加强。

Exploration of Practical Teaching for Undergraduate of Food Quality and Safety Specialty

Abstract:The practical teaching reform of food quality and safety undergraduate specialty was elaborated from several aspects of cognitive teaching, case teaching, experiment teaching, tutor system and social practice. The practical teaching effect was obvious, students learning enthusiasm improved, ability of problem analysis, participation into society strengthened, scientific outputs increased.
