| 摘 要： | 对我国城市化进程中失地农民可持续生计问题进行了分析,指出导致我国失地农民可持续生计缺失的根本原因是征地补偿制度缺陷、社会保障制度不健全、农民自身能力低下等。在此基础上提出相应的对策,即以可持续生计理论为基础,利用可持续生计方法分析,帮助农民增加生计资产积累,充分发挥政策、机构的正能量,以提高失地农民自身利益角度为出发点,引入可持续生计理念、完善征地补偿方法、关注失地农民再就业、加强职业技能培训和建立健全的社会保障制度。

On Effective Way of Landless Peasants Sustainable Livehood |

| Abstract: | The sustainable livehood of landless peasants during urbanization process was analyzed. The root causes of landless peasants lack of sustainable livehood are the defect of land compensation system and social security system and the low capacity of farmers. On the basis of this, several corresponding countermeasures were put forward, namely based on the theory of sustainable livehood, use the sustainable livehood analysis to help farmers＇ live asset accumulation, give full play to the positive energy of the policy and institutions. From the perspective of improving landless farmers self-interest, introduce the sustainable livehood concept, improve the land compensation method＇, concerned about the re-employment, strengthen vocational training and＇ establish a oerfect social security system. |
