摘    要:目的]研究根区局部灌溉对烤烟不同部位烟叶理化性状的影响,为我国烟田节水灌溉提供依据。方法]利用盆栽试验对烤烟根区实行分区域灌溉,将盆栽土分为3层,对每层分别进行灌溉,在水分分布不平均的条件下观察研究还苗期至团棵期烟株理化性状及其根系分布情况。结果]在表层土灌溉处理下烟株根系活力处于最高,但底层土灌溉处理下烟株长势和产量最大,这主要由于干旱胁迫对烟株长势起到一定作用,且底层灌溉很好地避免了微生物的繁殖和发育。结论]局部灌溉有利于烟株生长,可以达到节水的目的。

Effects of Partial Root-zone Irrigation on Physical and Chemical Property of Different Parts of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the effects of partial root-zone irrigation on physical and chemical property of different parts of flue-cured tobacco leaves, and provide a basis for water-saving irrigation in China. Method] Flue-cured tobacco root-zone was irrigated in different region by pot experiment, potting soil was divided into three layers and each layer irrigated respectively, then the tobacco plants' physical and chemical property from seedling stage to the rosette stage and their root system distribution situation were observed and studied un- der the conditions of uneven water distribution. Result] The results showed that under the topsoil irrigation treatment the tobacco plant roots vitality was the best, but under the subsoil irrigation treatment tobacco plants' growth vigor and yield were the biggest because of drought stress playing a certain role in tobacco plant growth vigor, and the subsoil irrigation was good at avoiding the multiplication and development of micro- organisms. Conclusion] Partial root-zone irrigation is helpful for tobacco plants growth, and reaches the water-saving goal.
