| 摘 要： | 以浙江省安吉县生产出口茶叶的102户茶农为研究案例,基于农产品出口与种植规模的视角,实证考察了茶农的农药施用行为,在验证茶叶种植规模有效规范茶农农药施用行为的基础上,以Cobb-Douglas生产函数为基础,构建了出口茶农最优种植规模函数。研究表明,在我国,茶农适度规模的种植出口茶叶在提高家庭农业收入的同时,其自身的农药施用行为逐步规范,因此改革土地制度,促进农产品适度规模种植经营是我国确保出口农产品质量安全的重要政策手段。

| Abstract: | With 102 tea growers in Anji County,Zhejiang Province as the case,based on the perspective of agricultural products export and planting scale,the pesticide application behavior of tea growers were investigated.On the basis of verifying tea planting scale effectively regulating pesticide usage and Cobb-Douglas production function,the optimal planting scale function was constructed.The results showed that certain amounts of export tea planting can improve the household agricultural income while regulating the pesticide use behavior.Therefore,developing proper scale operation is an important policy measures for ensuring the safety export of agricultural products. |
