摘 要: | 目的]筛选烟草青枯病的有效防治药剂。方法]采用室内抑菌试验和田间小区试验法研究了几种杀菌剂对烟草青枯病病原菌的毒力和田间防效。结果]40%硫酸链霉素SP室内抑菌效果较好,EC50为65.39 mg/L,其次是3%中生菌素WP,EC50为361.51 mg/L;36%三氯异氰尿酸WP和0.1亿cfu/g多粘类芽孢杆菌FG的EC50分别为426.40和708.09 mg/L。20%噻唑锌SC对烟草青枯病具有较好的田间防治效果,第3次施药后30 d的平均防效达70.08%,3%中生菌素WP和72%农用链霉素SP防效分别为66.95%和61.42%;各药剂处理与空白对照相比均达极显著差异水平。结论]为贵州六盘水市烟草青枯病的综合防治提供了理论依据。

Abstract: | Objective ] The aim was to screen effective bactericides ot tobacco bacterial wilt. L Method J ltle toxicity anu neia mat of several bactericides against Ralstonia solanacearum were tested by adopting the indoor bacteriostasis test and field plot experiment. Result] The con- trol effect of 40% Streptomycin sulphate SP was the best, followed by 3% zhongshengmycin WP; the ECso of 40% Streptomycin sulphate SP, 3% zhongshengmycin WP, 36% Trichloroisocyanuric acid WP, and ten million cfu/g paenibaciUus polymyxa FG against R. solanacearum was 65.39, 361.51,426.40 and 708.09 mg/L, respectively. After 30 days of the third treatment, the field control effect of 20% Zn-thiodiazole SC, 3% zhongshengmycin WP and 72% streptomycin SP against tobacco bacterial wilt was 70.08%, 66.95% and 61.42%, respectively. And the control effect of each bactericide treatment was significantly different from that of the blank control. Conclusion] The research result provides theoretical basis for the comprehensive control of tobacco bacterial wilt in Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province. |
