新种Roegneria tenuispica的核型和同工酶分析

摘    要:本文首次报道了新种RoegneriatenuispicaJ.L.YangetY.H.Zhou的染色体数目和核型,染色体数目为28,四倍体,核型为2n=4x=28=20m+6sm+2sat,2A型,具一对随体染色体。本文还分析了该种和R。pendulina幼根、幼芽的酯酶同工酶酶谱,同一器官它们表现出较大的差异性,表现在酶带数,酶带迁移率和酶的活性上;同时也具有一定的相似性,酶谱相似性系数幼根为0.29,幼芽为0.35。从而从分子水平上证实了按形态特征建立R。tenuispica一个新种是合理的,它与R.pendulina的亲缘关系很近。

Abstract:Te present paper reports the chromosome number and karyotype of Roegneria tenuispica J. L. Yang et Y. H. Zhou sp. nov. for the first time. The root-tip cell chromosome number is 28, tetraploid. The karyotype formala is 2n = 4x=28 =20m+6sm+2sat. Its karyotype belongs to 2A type and only has a pair of satellite chromosomes. This paper also analyzes the zymograms of esterase isozymes for this species and R. pendulina at root and shoot stages. In same organs between two species, the zymograms display great differences in their enzyme bands number, migration rate Rf and enzyme activity. Their zymograms also show some similarity. The similarity coefficients are 0. 29 (root) and 0. 35 (shoot). Therefore, form molecular level, the results show that R. tenuispica is valid and closely relationships exist between R. tenuispica and R, oendulina.
