摘    要:目的]筛选出适宜枸杞出苗及苗期生长的生长调节剂,能为其人工栽培提供理论依据。方法]采用不同生长调节剂生根粉(6号)、萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、赤霉素、肽蛋白对北方野生枸杞进行容器播种育苗试验。结果]试验结果表明:用生根粉(6号)100 mg/kg处理的北方枸杞出苗率最好,达到85.7%;吲哚丁酸100 mg/kg处理后的北方枸杞平均株高达到6.84 cm,与其他处理有显著差异;生根粉、萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、赤霉素处理对北方枸杞的地径生长均有一定的效果,其中以吲哚丁酸100 mg/kg处理过的地径相对较好,为0.218cm,与其他处理间有显著差异;生根粉(6号)、吲哚丁酸处理的根长生长较好,与其他处理有显著或极显著差异;吲哚丁酸处理后的生物产量较高,与其他处理有显著差异。结论]生根粉(6号)、吲哚丁酸、赤霉素是促进北方枸杞幼苗良好生长的生长调节剂。

Effect of the Different Growth Regulators on the North Wolfberry Seedling Emergence and Growth
Abstract:Objective] The growth regulator suitable for wolfberry seedling emergence and growth was selected and the theoretical basis for its artificial cultivation can be provided through the experiment.Method] The different growth regulators including ABT(6),NAA,IBA,GA and peptidyl protein were applied in the wild wolfberry seedling raised in containers.Results] The results showed that the highest rate of wolfberry seedling emergence was in the treatment of 100 mg/kg of ABT(No.6)(85.7%).The average height of wolfberry plant was as high as 6.84 cm after the treatment of IBA 100 mg/kg,which was significant difference with other treatments.The treatment of ABT,NAA,IBA and GA had a certain effect on the wolfberry subterranean stem growth and 100 mg/kg of IBA could produce the best efficiency(0.218 cm),which was significant difference with other treatments.The treatment of ABT(No.6) and IBA promoted the better root growth,which was significant or very significant difference with others.The biological production from the treatment of IBA was significantly higher than others.Conclusion] ABT(No.6),IBA and GA were good growth regulator promoting north wolfberry seedling growth.
