| 摘 要： | 微生物表达系统是用于蛋白质生产及性质研究的重要基础。常用的微生物表达系统有大肠杆菌表达系统，酵母表达系统和丝状真菌表达系统。该文主要介绍了上述表达系统的优缺点，并作比较分析。
