摘    要:以13个水稻基因型为材料,以愈伤组织生长状况、水稻种子在组织培养条件下的发芽率和苗高等为指标,研究了水稻对NaCl的耐受性。结果表明:水稻的不同基因型对NaCl的耐受性在这3个指标上均存在较大差异,在进行水稻遗传转化的筛选时,应注意到水稻不同基因型和受体类型对NaCl的耐受性。同时发现同一基因型的不同组织或发育时期对NaCl的耐受性具有相似性。

Abstract:NaCl tolerance was studied by observing callus growth state,germination rate and seedling height under solid medium with thirteen genotypes in rice.The results showed that NaCl tolerance was different among different genotypes of rice.Differences of NaCl tolerance among different genotypes of rice and different types of receptors should be noticed when transferred rice plants were selected.Meanwhile it was found that NaCl tolerance among different tissues and different development phases of rice was similar in the same genotype.
