| 摘 要： | 甜菜对微量元素锰需要量少,为解决大田施用不便的问题,本试验于纸筒育苗土中添加不同剂量的锰肥(MnSO_4·3H_2O),结果表明:每册纸筒施5g锰肥处理较对照及其它处理幼苗及栽后苗长势好,幼苗叶绿素含量高,过氧化氢酶活性强,根产量及产糖量也高,但对含糖率的影响不大。

| Abstract: | Sugarbset needs manganese fertilizer very little, for solving the question of it to use very difficult in the fields, in this test, adding a small quantity of manganese fertilizer ( Manganese sulfate, MnSO4.3H2O ) in the nursing soil cf paper-pot. The results shown that the treatment with 5g per volume of paper-pot was optimum. The growth vigor of seedling and after transplanting were batter than CK and others, the content of chlorophyll were higher in seedling, the activity of hydrogen peroxidase increased, root yield and sugar yield were higher also, but no significance in sugar content. |
