摘    要:采用不同的温度及相对湿度和低水分处理对菜豆种子进行贮藏,以研究不同贮藏条件下和低水分处理对种子发芽率、活力指数及某些生理生化特性的影响,结果表明,菜豆种子在低温低温及低水分处理条件下贮藏8个月后,仍可保持高的活力,细胞膜能保持较好的完整性,过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性较高。而在高温高温条件下贮藏4个月,室温开放贮藏6个月后菜豆种子的发芽率迅速下降,不再适合作种子用。

Abstract:Using different temperatures and relative humidities for the storage of kidney bean (phaseolus vulgaris L. ),the germination percentage,vigor index and some physiological and biochmical properties were inresitigated.After eight months storage, the viability and vigour of seeds of low temperature and low moisture storage werestill high. The activities of catalase,peroxidase and acid phosphatase were higher than that of high temperature andhigh moisture storage. The membrane integrity of cells can, be kept better in seeds stored in low temperature andmoisture. Seeds stored in high temperature and high moisture or in open place lost their viability rapidly during fouror six months storage. Such seeds should be discarded for seed sowing.
