黄金香柳挥发油化学成分分析及其抗细菌活性

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄金香柳枝叶中的挥发油,得率为0.972%(以鲜重为基础)。通过GC-MS分析,从黄金香柳枝叶中共鉴定出18种成分,占总相对含量的99.056%,其中主要成分是甲基丁香酚(92.185%)和肉桂酸甲酯(3.795%)。黄金香柳枝叶挥发油对6种供试细菌表现出一定的抑菌作用,其中对黄瓜角斑病菌和根癌农杆菌的抑菌活性最好,抑菌圈直径分别为(9.0±0.0)mm和(8.5±0.1)mm,但仍弱于阳性对照硫酸链霉素对黄瓜角斑病菌(18.0±1.0)mm和根癌农杆菌(21.7±1.0)mm的活性。

Abstract:The Formosan subterranean termite, Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki, is one of the most destructive pests to trees and wooden structures in South China, and causes huge economic losses. In this study, attractiveness of carbon dioxide (CO2) to the termite workers was tested. The results showed that carbon dioxide had significant attractiveness to C. formosanus under different carbon dioxide concentrations, in which C. formosanus workers were strongly attracted to 1.5% carbon dioxide. Furthermore, the attractive effects of carbon dioxide to C. formosanus decreased with elevated carbon dioxide. In further bioassays, the carbon dioxide produced by fermentation also had significant attractiveness to C. formosanus compared with pine wood. The research may provide a basis for controlling C. formosanus with new baits.
