| Abstract: | Through investigating and analyzing the legal protection status and problems of the appellation of origin for the agricultural products in cold and black soil areas,some measures were proposed to enhance the legal protection of the appellation of origin,in order to improve the competitive advantage of the economy in cold and black soil area. |
