海带岩藻多糖PFS-2抗氧化活性的研究

摘    要:目的]研究海带岩藻多糖PFS-2抗氧化活性。方法]以Vc为对照,采用分光光度法研究海带岩藻多糖对自由基的清除作用及还原能力。结果]PFS-2对DPPH自由基、羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基均具有一定的清除能力,且清除效果随着溶液浓度的增大而增强,但清除率低于Vc。PFS-2对羟自由基的清除效果较明显,最大清除率可达89.66%。结论]该研究为海带岩藻多糖PFS-2药物及功能性食品开发提供了科学依据。

Antioxidative Activity of Fucoidin PFS-2 from Laminaria japonica

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the antioxidative activity of fucoidin PFS-2 from Laminaria japonica.Method] With Vc as control,the spectrophotometry was adopted to study the radical scavenging effect and reducing capacity of fucoidin PFS-2.Result] PFS-2 had certain scavenging effects on DPPH,hydroxyl and superoxide anion radicals,and the scavenging efficiency strengthened with the enlarging solution concentration,the scavenging effect of PFS-2 was lower than that of Vc.PFS-2 had significant scavenging effect on hydroxyl with the maximum scavenging rate of 89.66%.Conclusion] The study provided scientific basis for developing PFS-2 medicines and functional food from Laminaria japonica.
