香乳菇菌丝营养特性研究

摘    要:研究了香乳菇菌丝生长的营养特性,结果表明:香乳菇菌丝生长的最佳碳源是麦芽糖,最佳氮源是蛋白胨,最适碳氮比是70∶1~80∶1,最适pH是7.0,最适生长温度是28℃,而且添加维生素对菌丝生长无明显影响。

Abstract:In this text the foundation medium for Lactarius camphorates growth was designed. The result showed: the fitting temperature of Lactarius camphorates growth was 28 ℃,the optimum pH was 7.0 and the best carbonium was maltose. The best nitrogen was peptone. The best ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 70∶1~80∶1. And the vitamin had no obvious influence on Lactarius camphorates.
