摘    要:对2个优质小麦品种在整个灌浆期内子粒淀粉积累动态及其有关的酶活性变化进行了研究,结果表明,豫麦66号和豫麦49号旗叶中蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)和子粒中蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性变化均呈单峰曲线,其峰值分别出现在花后20d和15d,豫麦66号的峰值出现较晚且持续时间较长,淀粉积累速率呈现同样的趋势,SS活性与淀粉积累速率呈极显著的正相关。

Abstract:Two wheat cultivars of high quality were used to study their starch accumulating developments and changes of activities of enzymes involved in the starch synthesis in the kernel during the whole grain filling stage. The main results were as follows: changes of SPS activity in flag leaf and SS activity in kernel of Yumai 66 and Yumai 49 all came to be a single-peak curve, its peaks appeared in 20 d and 15 d after anthesis, respectively. But the peak of Yumai 66 came a little later than that of Yumai 49, and it lasted longer. Starch accumulating rate had the same trend. It presented significant positive correlation (r=0.763 9~(**)) between SS activity and starch accumulating rate.
