| 摘 要： | 指出了在既有院区进行应急发热门诊修缮施工,面临管理协调等诸多的建设困难。以上海市肺科医院应急发热门诊修缮施工项目为例,应用BIM技术进行了模拟分析,优化了施工方案,以达到保护既有建筑和结构、优化交通组织及材料运输、优化管线综合等目的。既保证了应急发热门诊修缮工程的优质高效,也保证了对既有院区的正常运营受修缮施工的影响最小。此案例可为类似修缮施工项目提供参考。

| Abstract: | There are many difficulties in the construction of emergency fever clinic in existing hospitals.Taking Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital Emergency fever clinic repair construction project as an example,this paper applies BIM technology to simulate analysis and optimize construction scheme,which can achieve the purpose of protecting existing buildings and structures,optimizing traffic organization and material transportation,optimizing pipeline integration and so on.It not only ensures the high quality and efficiency of the repair project of the emergency fever clinic,but also ensures that the normal operation of the existing hospital is least affected by the repair construction.This case can provide reference for similar repair projects. |
