| 摘 要： | 指出了伴随后工业时代的来临,世界经济格局的调整,第三产业逐渐取代第二产业,工业遗址中的水塔、废弃铁轨、厂房等象征工业革命的建筑,不断被移除。而在城市工业废弃地改造过程中,如何适宜地将“场所精神”融入新生景观中去,达到“新”与“旧”的融合,是近年来景观设计时所关注的热点。结合“海绵城市”的理念,改造并利用工业遗址,在使工业遗址焕发生机的同时,发挥更大的生态效益。以中山市造船厂旧址为例,通过查阅工业遗址改造利用的相关设计案例,进行了后工业景观设计研究,旨在有效缓解人地矛盾,为市民提供一个集观赏、休闲、休憩、文化交流为一体的工业遗址公园绿地。

| Abstract: | With advent of the post-industrial era and adjustment of the world economy,the urban industrial structure is undergoing tremendous changes.The tertiary industry is gradually replacing the secondary industry,and old industrial bases are declining.Pieces of industrial sites with industrial history and silent hundred-year industrial history humanities information are being replaced by"new buildings"and"new parks"one after another.The water towers,abandoned railroad tracks,factory buildings and other buildings symbolizing the Industrial Revolution in industrial sites are now being abandoned and removed by people.In the process of urban industrial wasteland reconstruction,how to properly integrate the"place spirit"into the new landscape to achieve the fusion of"new"and"old"is the focus of recent landscape design.This plan combines the concept of"sponge cities"to transform and utilize industrial ruins,so that the industrial ruins will be revitalized,at the same time they will exert greater ecological benefits.Taking the site of the former shipyard in Zhongshan City as an example,this paper studies the post-industrial landscape design by consulting relevant design cases of reconstruction and utilization of industrial sites.It aims to effectively alleviate contradiction between man and land and provide the public a park green space with a set of viewing,leisure,rest and cultural exchange. |
