滠水河黄陂段水环境问题及防治对策研究

摘    要:通过对滠水河黄陂段水质及主要水污染源污染负荷进行分析和核算,得出了影响滠水河黄陂段水质的污染源主要是农田面源,其COD Cr、NH3-N、TN、TP分别占黄陂区境内总污染负荷的22.2%、43.0%、40.9%和40.6%,其次是畜禽养殖。针对滠水河黄陂段水体污染特征和存在问题,提出了加强城镇生活污染治理、防治农业养殖污染、强化农村面源综合治理、加大生态环保投入、完善相关机制建设等相应的防治对策。

Abstract:Water quality and sources and load of the main water pollutants in Huangpi Reach of Sheshui River were analyzed and calculated in this study.It turned out that the pollutants were mainly from agricultural non-point source.Its ratio of COD Cr,NH3-N,TN and TP to the total pollution load in Huangpi Reach were 22.2%,43.0%,40.9%and 40.6%.Livestock and poultry breeding were second.In view of the water pollution characteristic and the current problems in Huangpi Reach of Sheshui River,related prevention and control strategies were proposed,which includes strengthening the control of urban sewage pollution,agricultural breeding pollution and comprehensive control of rural non-point source,increasing the investment in ecological and environmental protection,and improving the development of relevant rules.
